Vikings' Remote Training Program

If you can't get into the group that fits your schedule, or you want to supplement the OST training with an additional workout, you can join the Remote Sessions.

These sessions will be led by our Executive Director Jovan Yamagishi and Coaches Kyle and Olivia. Over the course of this pandemic, they have become very adept to virtual training.

Here is the schedule: starts Sept 28th and ends Oct 29th.

Fundamentals (Level 2) – Monday 3:30 to 4:15 pm

Tekkers – Monday 4:15 – 5:00 pm

Strength & Conditioning – Wednesday 4:15 to 5:00 pm

Fundamentals (Level 1) – Thursday 4:30 to 5:15

In the past, classes were designed by age. Our classes are now based on age and skill. They are also more focused. We wanted to give our players more options and encourage them to attend multiple sessions throughout the week. A 9-year old, would be best suited for our Fundamentals (Level 2) and Tekkers classes. However, we would also encourage him/her to give the strength & conditioning a try.

The ages in the image below are just guidelines, please don't let them limit your player from trying the other sessions regardless of your player's age.
