Toby's objective is to develop and instill the important life values of individual and group effort, group trust and loyalty and sportsmanship  and integrity in a positive learning environment to young people using a soccer team as the vehicle. 

Toby's coaching experience includes: Director of Coaching, San Francisco Viking Soccer Club, San Francisco Viking Barbarians Boys U-11 Select Team 2003-2006, San Francisco Viking Valkyries Girls U-14 Select Team 2003-2004, San Francisco Viking Toros Boys U-14 Select Team 2001-2004, California Youth Soccer Association Course Instructor 1995-2005, St. Ignatius High School Freshmen Boy's Team 2005-2006, Over 35 Women's Club Soccer Team 2006-present, Sacred Heart Cathedral High School JV Boy's Team 2006-2007. 

Toby holds the following coaching licenses and affiliations:  Sao Paulo State Professional Soccer Coaches Association 2004, National Soccer Coaches Association of America 2000, Premier Level License, United States Soccer Association 1991, "A" Level License.
