A group of 9 members of the Ravens Red entered the US Futsal Northwest Regional Championships, which were held March 10th & 11th.

The team intends to attend the US Futsal National Championships in Anaheim in July.

Our first game of the Spring season is Sunday, March 25th.  We will start at 11am and play until 1pm.  The field location is Beach Chalet #2.  The registration form and $25 fee should be mailed to the Vikings office.  Please contact Keith with any questions at the email below.

SFVSC Players Make State Olympic Development Teams!

The Vikings Club would like to congratulate the following players for making the NorCal State ODP team:

Kyle Wilkinson, '99 ODP State team (captain)
Lachlan McBride, '99 ODP State Team
Darragh Buckley, '98 ODP State Team
Alejandro Munoz, '98 PDP State Team
Caio Driver, '97 ODP State Team
Marcus Simmons, '97 ODP State Team

All six players are from the SFVSC U14 Glens.

Kyle Wilkinson played in the Region IV tournament in Arizona for the '99 Boys and they placed second.  Caio Driver and Marcus Simmons made the Region IV team for '97 Boys and went to Arizona as well.

All players still in contention for Regional team.

At the 4 day regional tournament in Phoenix , AZ on January 14-17, 2012, the Cal North ODP '99G team placed second. Jacqueline and Lia were thrilled to be chosen to represent Cal North at this Region IV ODP event.

This is a great achievement and we wish Jacqueline, Lia, Kyle, Lachlan, Darragh, Alejandro, Caio and Marcus all the best!
