Illia Song has been coaching soccer at various levels and age groups for over 15 years. On the professional level he currently coaches the NPSL Bay Area Ambassador Men's Team and head coaches the Norcal Premier Burlingame Earthquakes U-23. He's worked with Cal-North State ODP and is currently working with two club level teams, Burlingame Juventus U-17 Class I and Burlingame/San Francisco Earthquakes U-16 Class I.

Illia has also coached his son Justin, who plays for Yale University Soccer Team, and one daughter, Samantha, who plays for the Swarthmore College Soccer team.
